Recall of Certain Children’s Bike Helmets Announced

In New Jersey, everyone under the age of 17 must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. That includes passengers. Parents in the market for an infant bike helmet should be aware that Pacific Cycle, a Wisconsin-based company, has issued a recall for certain infant bicycle helmets bearing the Schwinn brand name.
